President Joe Biden made an impromptu and unscheduled stop at a Wisconsin ice cream parlor Tuesday, shortly after he delivered remarks on infrastructure.
Biden visited the Pearl Ice Cream parlor in La Crosse, along with Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin and Rep. Ron Kind.
When they walked into the establishment, Biden declared to the group, "I'm buying. I'm loaded."
The president ordered a double scoop of cookies and cream and strawberry on a sugar cone.
